LuAnn Hershorn leads our administrative efforts acting as concierge to our clients. She serves as the starting point within our team assisting with new clients and the on-boarding process. LuAnn has a passion for continuing to assist, grow and nurture our existing client relations and enhance the overall client experience.

LuAnn was a Sr. Registered Client Service Associate for 8 years at Morgan Stanley before joining Alex. Brown in 2019. She has a Master’s Degree in Music Education from Wichita State University.

Outside of work, LuAnn is an active volunteer at Dress for Success Houston and enjoys attending the Broadway at the Hobby Center, baking and reading. She and her husband, Randy, have a son, Preston, who resides in San Francisco and is employed at Instagram.
