Roger Veome, CEPA® Regional Executive Managing Director, Private Wealth Advisor

Roger has over 24 years of experience counseling ultra-high net worth business owners and their families. As an accredited Certified Exit Planner, Roger works with business owners who are contemplating an exit or succession plan. Initially going through a business valuation exercise, Roger puts a laser focus on maximizing the value of a company at exit and minimizing the tax consequences to the selling business owner.

Roger has also been designated by Raymond James as a Private Wealth Advisor. This designation demonstrates that he delivers a depth of experience and breadth of knowledge in wealth planning and investment advice to the most affluent families. His expertise encompasses wealth management, trust and estate planning, tax mitigation strategies, asset preservation, and family dynamics.

Roger holds an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management with majors in Finance and Marketing and a B.A. in Management from Lewis University. He has taught courses as an adjunct professor in Alternative Investments in the Kellstadt Graduate program at DePaul University.

Roger is a member of the Business Council of the Art Institute of Chicago and on the Board of Trustees and the Finance Committee at Nazareth Academy High School. As for fun Roger enjoys competitive sports, working out, and has completed the Ironman Wisconsin. He lives in La Grange, IL and spends most of his free time with his wife, Dawn, and their four children.
