Matthew Madlinger is a managing director and investment advisor representative who has helped clients preserve and manage their wealth for over four decades. Beginning his career in 1983 in the New York office of Alex. Brown and Sons, Mr. Madlinger has remained loyal to the same firm for his entire career, seeing it through mergers with Bankers Trust, Deutsche Bank and now as a standalone division of Raymond James.

A 40-year Wall Street veteran, Mr. Madlinger offers private clients a broad range of experience in the proper implementation of financial plans, asset allocations and money management. His use of technical analysis married with fundamental research aids him in navigating clients’ through difficult markets.

Mr. Madlinger is a registered fiduciary under the Investment Act of 1940 and holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He is also an insurance agent for life and health. He completed the Securities Industry Institute’s Executive program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

A graduate of Rutgers with a degree in business and a minor in medieval history, Mr. Madlinger earned a four-year scholarship as a member of the university’s basketball team, one that reached the NCAA Sweet Sixteen. He was named team captain and scholar athlete his senior year and remains active in community youth sports programs.

Born in Dayton, Ohio, and raised in New Jersey, Mr. Madlinger and his wife of 36 years, Kimberly, live in the Jersey Shore town of Sea Girt. They have three adult children – Lindsey, Andrew, and Allison and three grandchildren. Matt and Kim are both active members in their local parish church, volunteering and donating to various charitable causes such as Covenant House, Hands Together and Diva for a Day.
